Several real estate professionals have been revealed as finalists in REB’s Property Management Excellence Awards 2025.

REB has shortlisted a total of 225 property management professionals and businesses from over 350 submissions in the inaugural Property Management Excellence Awards (PMX).

The PMX Awards 2025 champion the exceptional achievements of individuals, offices, and networks across Australia’s property management sector.

Launched to set a new benchmark for excellence in property management, the awards program is designed to spotlight the vital role of the sector across the nation.

This year, there are over 20 categories on offer to ensure the full spectrum of property management is recognised.

Business development managers, leasing agents, property managers, and rising stars are all recognised in the individual categories.

Individual finalists include representatives from PPD Real Estate, Laing+Simmons Corporation, Little Real Estate, Melbourne Leasing, and Colliers Wollongong.

The group categories champion team culture, growth strategy, community engagement, tenant relations, and landlord experience.

Finalists in the group categories include Jellis Craig Monash, McGrath Estate Agents, The Agency, LOVE Property Group, and Heritage Real Estate.

PMX Award finalists and winners will gain nationwide recognition for excellence, supporting professionals and offices to stand out, attract new clients, and enhance professional reputation in a competitive market.

The awards are open to all individuals and offices operating in support of the Australian real estate industry, celebrating standout individuals, high-performing offices and teams, and innovation at a network level.

The combined judging scores for each submission for each category will now be tabulated, with the highest-scoring submission deemed the winner.

The winners will be announced at the black-tie gala ceremony on Thursday, 27 November 2025, at Ilumina in Sydney. Click here to buy tickets.

The ceremony also presents a unique opportunity for members of the real estate profession to network with industry leaders and peers while celebrating excellence.
