The property management party of the year has been confirmed, with Managed announcing an exclusive kick-on celebration for finalists, winners and their guests following the Property Management Excellence (PMX) Awards.

Hot on the tail of the PMX black-tie gala dinner on 27 November, a select group of high achievers will party on well into the night at the Managed After Party, hosted at Jacksons on George.

The PMX Awards, the largest national awards programme dedicated to property management, is expected to welcome more than 400 guests. This sell-out event, hosted at Ilumina, will honour the industry’s top individuals, teams and organisations. Recognising excellence across the full spectrum of property management, this event places the sector of the real estate industry firmly in the spotlight.

Managed COO Rohith George said he was proud to support what he called “the engine room of Australian real estate.”

“It’s usually the sales side of real estate that steals the limelight, but we’re making sure property managers truly get the recognition they deserve,” George said.

“They are the cornerstone of the industry. Usually the unsung heroes – well, not on this occasion."

“We’re looking forward to throwing a big party after the awards to keep the celebration going.”

The Managed After Party will kick off as soon as formal proceedings conclude, giving the PMX community the chance to unwind and celebrate the year’s achievements together.

Tickets will be strictly limited and available on the night, exclusively to PMX finalists, winners and their guests.

“It’s going to be a big night,” George added. “But make sure you get your ticket – it’s first-come, first-served, and when they’re gone, they’re gone.”
