The Top 50 Agents WA 2026 ranking has revealed how agents prospered in 2025 as the property market went from strength to strength throughout the year.
REB is thrilled to showcase the Top 50 Agents Western Australia (WA) 2026 ranking with support from partner the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CommBank).
Now in its sixth year, the Top 50 Agents WA ranking provides industry-wide recognition to the top-performing agents in Western Australia who set the benchmark for excellence and strong professional standards across metropolitan, regional, and rural areas.
Buoyed by the phenomenal growth in the Western Australian property market, these agents achieved remarkable sales figures throughout 2025. Indeed, the top 50 agents settled 5,439 properties in 2025, up from 5,069 in 2024.
Impressively, their combined value of settled properties soared by 23.0 per cent, from $4.8 billion in 2024 to almost $5.9 billion in 2025.
The top 10 agents had a particularly successful year, with the number of properties settled rising from 826 in 2024 to 2,005 in 2025, marking a whopping 142.7 per cent increase. The value of properties settled increased by 43.6 per cent, from $1.4 billion in 2024 to $2.1 billion in 2025.
Their listings and settled property figures were equally striking, according to this year’s data. While their average listings grew from 97.0 in 2024 to 243.0 in 2025, average settled property numbers rose from 83.0 to 201.0. This resulted in a 43.6 per cent increase in the average value of properties settled from $143.4 million to $205.9 million.
The top 50 agents secured 123.0 listings and settled 109.0 properties for a value of $117.1 million on average, up from 101.0 settled properties valued at $95.2 million in 2024.
The agents settled properties at an average price of $1.5 million in 2025, up from $1.3 million in 2024. Interestingly, this figure decreased for the top 10 agents, from $1.8 million to $1.7 million, between 2024 and 2025.
Days on market remained steady, the figures showed, with the top 50 agents averaging 25.0 days to sell a property and the top 10 agents averaging 27.0 days.
Examining the profile of the top 50 agents revealed that they had an average of 18.0 years of experience in the real estate industry, while the top 10 agents had 13.0 years.
Support staff more than doubled among the top 10 agents from 1.5 in 2024 to 2.5 in 2025 on average, while the top 50 agents had around 1.5 support staff.
Hartanto Properties principal Eric Hartanto was crowned the number one agent in WA for the first time since the rankings began in 2021. Haiven Property director Sean Hughes secured second place, while Realty Lane director Daniel Gonzalez grabbed the third spot.

“Congratulations to all ranked agents on this outstanding achievement, and thank you for the contribution you make to your customers, communities and the broader Australian economy.”
Commenting on the impressive performance by WA agents, Agile Market Intelligence director Michael Johnson noted that they have had to manage client expectations in an extremely competitive WA market while maximising sales prices and closing transactions quickly.
“The agents in WA operated in a seller’s market in 2025 as buyer demand outstripped supply. In this environment, agents have successfully built rapport and nurtured relationships with buyers while managing vendor expectations and setting optimal prices for their property to yield the best results,” he said.
“I’m truly impressed by the hard work and dedication shown by all the agents to get the best possible results for their clients and achieve these amazing sales figures. Many congratulations to all the agents in this year’s ranking.”
REB managing editor Liam Garman joined Johnson in praising agents for capitalising on a booming property market in their state and being proactive in securing maximum value for their clients.
“The agents in this year’s ranking thrived in 2025 because of their ability to leverage high buyer demand in Perth and regional Western Australia and convert the massive flood of inquiries into competitive offers for their vendors,” Garman said.
“I commend all the agents for implementing winning strategies, providing guidance to their clients, and ultimately achieving such high sales numbers.”
REB’s Top 50 Agents WA ranking is compiled by Agile Market Intelligence, the research arm of parent company Momentum Media.
This year’s ranking was assessed using transparent, performance-based metrics drawn from the agents’ 2025 calendar-year results.
