REB’s Top 50 Sales Offices ranking returns to recognise Australia’s leading real estate sales teams and the results they delivered throughout the year.

Real estate sales offices across Australia can now put their performance on the national stage, with submissions open for REB’s Top 50 Sales Offices 2027 ranking.

Now in its 16th year, the ranking recognises sales teams delivering standout results across the industry, looking beyond settlement value alone to assess the performance that drove success in FY2025–26.

As market conditions shift and sales offices face pressure to turn listings into settled sales, productivity, conversion, operational performance and team structure are important measures of success.

By assessing offices across multiple performance indicators, the ranking gives agencies of different sizes the opportunity to demonstrate what sets their teams apart from the competition.

For offices that delivered a strong year, a place in the ranking offers more than national recognition.

It provides an opportunity to celebrate the team’s achievements, strengthen the agency’s reputation with vendors and clients, and showcase its performance to prospective recruits.

Being recognised among Australia’s leading sales offices can also help agencies benchmark their results against peers, highlight the strengths behind their performance, and give teams a platform to build on their achievements.

Submissions close strictly at 5:00pm AEDT on Friday, 13 November 2026.

Entrants will need to provide the following information for FY25–26:

  • Number of listings.

  • Number of settlements.

  • Total value of settlements.

  • Average days on market.

  • Number of staff at the end of FY25–26.

  • A CRM-generated verification document supporting the submission.

The ranking considers performance beyond settlement value alone, giving offices the opportunity to showcase the productivity and operational strengths behind their results.
