“I have built a great team and I wanted to level up.”

For him, “Ray White is the next logical step and I am excited about the next chapter”.

Mr Pitsis’ expertise within the luxury and prestige waterfront markets of the Shire “completes the business that was started more than 12 years ago as it now services prestige clients”, according to Mr Debreczeni.

“He’s a missing link for us,” Mr Ottaway added.

“He understands his market and every transaction, from his clients and their motivation… We are happy he’s joined and we look forward to supporting his ambitions.”

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch has also expressed his excitement over the newest addition to the Sutherland Shire team, stating that “to see an agent of Alex’s calibre join us is testament to what we aspire to offer as the place to thrive and grow your business”.

He said: “Alex has proven throughout his career that not only can he list and sell some incredible properties, but he does so with outstanding service, delivering a memorable experience in the process.

“He’s aligned with our values and I have no doubt he’ll level up.”
