Place One Group has announced the launch of its newest location, Place Indooroopilly, which will bolster the network’s presence in the western suburbs of Brisbane.
Place Indooroopilly will be helmed by a leadership team including One Group managing director Paul Curtain, alongside agency principals Sam Kelso and Glenn Bool, and partner Peter May.
Place One Group said that the opening of the new location was representative of the network’s commitment to the rapidly expanding broader west Brisbane area.
Curtain said that the network’s newest outpost in Indooroopilly would bolster Place One Group’s presence in “one of Brisbane’s most connected and dynamic suburbs”.
“From the train and bus interchange and major shopping centre to the region’s top-performing schools and premier homes, this location is a thriving hub for families, professionals, and quality property,” Curtain said.
To leverage the lifestyle appeal of the Indooroopilly area, the new office will be located inside a prominent commercial space of the suburb that is just 300 metres from the local train station.
With the office within walking distance to a nearby shopping centre, Curtain said that the opening enabled Place One Group to position itself in the “residential heart of Indooroopilly”.
“We sell residential real estate, and now we’re right in the community we serve in Indooroopilly and Graceville, covering a broader footprint across Brisbane’s western suburbs,” Curtain said.
The Place Indooroopilly team will be comprised of a number of real estate professionals in the west Brisbane area, such as:
- Julian Maddox - Lead agent
- Nathan Spencer - Lead agent
- Adriana Cameron - Lead agent
- Matt O’Neill - Lead agent
- Paris Arthur - Lead agent
- Jess Morton - Sales associate
- Jessica Cann - Sales associate
- Michael Groth - Business development manager
- Brooke Pemberton - Office coordinator
- Sara Skinner - Property manager
- Neel Kaur - Property manager
- Kasey Butler - Agent support
Place One Group’s new Indooroopilly office marks the latest in a series of expansion efforts across Brisbane’s West, with the network earlier this month unveiling its new outpost in nearby Cannon Hill.
“From West to Water – and now including Indooroopilly – the One Group is building a network of $1 million-plus writers, elite performers, and future leaders,” Curtain concluded.
