Brisbane-based BCF Real Estate has rebranded to REMAX Heritage as the agency looks to tap into the global network’s resources to support its next phase of growth.

Founded in 2022 by Calvin Liu, the Sunnybank office services Brisbane’s southern suburbs, with a focus on both residential property management and sales. The rebrand marks a strategic shift aimed at scaling operations, particularly in high-growth areas, such as Calamvale and the Logan corridor.

“My business has grown rapidly, and my goal is to continue to develop and grow my team and the services in which we can offer our clients,” he said. “REMAX provides the brand recognition, training and support that can help elevate a smaller agency like ours.”

REMAX Heritage now comprises a mix of onshore and offshore team members, with the agency citing a need to meet increasingly diverse client expectations.

“There is a lot of demand and growth within the Calamvale–Logan region, and our team place great value on providing the right guidance to our clients wherever they are on their property journey,” Liu continued. “With this comes a lot of business growth, and our focus will be on building a team that can maximise the opportunities offered to our clients by supporting them through training opportunities and proven marketing strategies.”

Joel Davoren, managing director of REMAX Australia, welcomed the addition to the network, flagging continued growth ambitions in Brisbane’s southern corridor.

It comes a month after REMAX announced the opening of a new Melbourne office – REMAX Diamond in Cranbourne – led by Rahul RJS Maan and Yadwinder Aulakh.

The turnover to the calendar year 2025 prompted Maan and Aulakh to join the REMAX network, which they felt would enable them to grow the business and their career further.

REMAX said that Maan and Aulakh both possess broad experience in the real estate and finance industries, which has enabled them to offer tailored and personalised real estate services to the Melbourne market.
