The real estate network has announced the expansion of their Western Australia services, with the opening of a new Harcourts District office in the Midlands area.

The new Harcourts District office will operate in the Perth north-eastern suburb of Midland and will be headed by principal partners Ryan and Jamie Jaura.

Ryan Jaura brings five years of experience in the Perth market to the new office, which Harcourts said uniquely positions him to cater to the diverse and opportunity-filled community in Midland.

He said Harcourts provided the ideal foundation for this new office, with the brand’s support and innovation playing a major role in the Jauras’ decision to join the brand.

“Harcourts stood out because it isn’t just a franchise, it’s a culture,” Ryan said.

“I’ve been with other brands, but Harcourts is the first place where I felt like I could build something meaningful.”

CEO of Harcourts Western Australia, Shane Kempton, said that the Jauras were the perfect fit for the Harcourts District brand.

“Ryan and Jamie exemplify the same values that we live out loud at Harcourts, so their joining us in our vision of ‘providing the finest experience in real estate’ is a natural one,” Kempton said.

“We are looking forward to working with and growing together.”

Ryan said that the office’s focus would be on providing clients with an approachable, people-first service.

“We don’t just talk about property – we talk straight,” he said.

“Our open homes feel more like a chat with a mate than a sales pitch. They’re relaxed, welcoming and pressure-free. That’s the energy we want to bring to Midland.”

Having been involved in community events and sports himself, Ryan said that the new Harcourts office would establish long-term connections within the Midland community.

“I have offered free property advice at community events and plan to stay active in supporting local initiatives.”

“Whether it’s mentoring, sponsorship, or simply showing up where it counts, we’re not just here to sell, we’re here to stick around and contribute,” Ryan concluded.

Harcourts said that the launch of the District office reinforces the brand’s commitment to offering trusted, local expertise with a modern, people-first approach.
