Real estate group LJ Hooker has bolstered its management team with the appointment of a new growth manager as the brand seeks to strengthen its presence across Australia and New Zealand.
LJ Hooker has appointed real estate veteran Ben Jacobs as the group’s new growth manager in a bid to identify and recruit agents and agencies to join the LJ Hooker network.
Jacobs brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate and property management, spanning both the Sydney and Brisbane markets.
Throughout his career, Jacobs has developed his skill set in both sales and business development, having worked with Harcourts, Ray White, RE/MAX, and his own agency.
His management experience also extends beyond the real estate industry, with Jacobs originally transitioning from hospitality management into real estate.
Jacobs said that he would work closely with agents and business owners to help them reach their full potential.
He said that his enthusiasm and experience in driving business growth would play a key role in his new position.
“We have lofty ambitions to strengthen our franchise network in Australia and New Zealand,” Jacobs said.
The appointment comes as LJ Hooker has been strengthening its strategy team as of late, including the recent appointment of Cathie Crampton as LJ Hooker’s head of property management ANZ.
