ASX-listed network The Agency has announced that it achieved $1 billion in real estate sales in November, marking a major milestone for the brand.
The achievement follows continued expansion into markets across Australia and comes after a record-breaking sales month in October.
“Achieving $1 billion in real estate sales in one month is an incredible feat from our team,” Matt Lahood, real estate chief executive officer at The Agency, said.
“It becomes even more impressive when the results are off the back of a record sales month in October.”
“These records are being broken due to a very active prestige market in Sydney, growth from our existing team, as well as The Agency entering new markets right across Australia with top-performing agents.”
Looking ahead to 2026, The Agency plans to strengthen its market position through enhanced systems, processes, and training.
“The momentum at The Agency is building; now more than ever, top-performing agents are seeking out The Agency as an alternative and supportive real estate model. It’s also clear that we understand what agents need at every stage of their career, and we have the framework to nurture that talent into results like these," Lahood continued.
“But we don’t stop here. We will be rolling out an update to our processes, including onboarding, training of agents, coaching and tech in 2026. This update will further cement our growth position and help us to continue to achieve record results month on month next year and beyond.”
It comes just weeks after the network announced that it had expanded its footprint in south-east Queensland, having welcomed Rhys Wildermoth and his team.
Wildermoth joined the network, having recently been the selling principal at Belle Property Palm Beach, and specialises in selling real estate across Palm Beach and the Southern Gold Coast.
The new property partner brings a team of seven to The Agency.
