Jason and Ella Conroy have joined The Agency Lower North Shore, bringing 10 listings primarily valued between $5 million and $8 million.
Specialising in family and lifestyle homes in the exclusive precinct, the pair is also expected to contribute a strong pipeline of future listings.
The Conroys cited The Agency’s streamlined business model as a key factor in their move.

Matt Lahood, CEO of real estate at The Agency, said the addition of the Conroys will supercharge the network’s growth in Sydney’s prestige market.

It follows the appointment of Chervonne Papworth as property partner to service Sydney’s luxury market.
The network said Papworth brought decades of experience, with over $3 billion in real estate sales and specialisation in aspirational lifestyle properties, from individual homes to large residential developments.
Lahood added that Papworth had previously run boutique real estate businesses and worked closely with developers, primarily in the prestige real estate market.
“Her extensive network of trusted relationships, along with her invaluable experience, enable her to deliver the best possible outcomes and end results for her clients,” the CEO said.
Papworth said she intends to service her clients with the support of The Agency’s credible team of agents, advancing her career with the backing of the network.
