One of Dubbo’s most established real estate operators, Brentley Goodwin, has joined Elders Real Estate Dubbo, bringing more than 16 years of local market experience to the network.

Goodwin makes the move alongside assistant agent Rebecca Allatt, bolstering Elders’ residential sales capability as the brand continues to invest in regional NSW.

The pair said the decision was driven by a desire to align with Elders’ culture, support structure, and long-term growth strategy, while maintaining their established, community-led approach to real estate.

“This was not a decision I took lightly. Real estate is my community and my career. Rebecca and I saw an alignment with Elders in culture, philosophy, and the way we do business, particularly around people, and fostering long-term client relationships,” Goodwin said.

Allatt will play a key role across client service, campaign coordination, and buyer and vendor support, working closely with Goodwin throughout the sales process.

As parents of young families, the duo said their connection to local schools and children’s activities gives them a strong understanding of what matters to Dubbo households.

“What stood out immediately with Elders was the support, the people, and the way the network works together,” Goodwin said.

“The branding will look a little different now, but our service, our values, and our commitment to clients remain exactly the same, just better in red.”

Goodwin said the move would provide clients with access to broader buyer pools and national reach, without sacrificing local expertise.

“We’ve worked hard to build trust and a strong reputation in Dubbo. That does not change.”

“What this move does is give our clients access to a national network, wider buyer pools and a partner who believes in regional communities the way we do, without losing the personal service they expect.”

Belinda Connor, general manager of residential and brand at Elders, said the appointments reflected the group’s people-first strategy.

“Brentley and Rebecca exemplify what Elders stands for: local knowledge, genuine care for clients and a commitment to community,” Connor said.

“We are proud to welcome them to Elders Real Estate and to continue building a network where great agents can thrive while delivering outstanding outcomes for their clients.”
