Northern Beaches real estate group Cunninghams has expanded its partnership, appointing three senior executives from the sales, property management, and operations teams.

The appointments lift the privately held firm’s partnership to 13, reflecting a deliberate strategy to embed leadership representation across all core divisions of the business.

The Sydney-based network, which operates across some of the country’s most tightly held residential markets, confirmed Angie Donaghey, Anita Wildash, and Sam Raso had joined the partnership as the group builds on recent growth momentum.

The network said that Donaghey, co-head of property management, played a central role in lifting operational efficiency across the portfolio, overseeing the rollout of a new customer relationship management (CRM) platform and streamlining internal workflows as the rent roll expands.

Sales agent Anita Wildash, a long-standing Northern Beaches operator, joins the partnership following sustained performance in premium residential markets, with experience spanning established homes, new developments and major renovations.

After 18 years with the business, Sam Raso has also been elevated to partner, bringing cross-department experience across sales, property management, and marketing. A qualified property valuer with a business and commerce background, Raso is expected to contribute to strategic planning and performance oversight.

John Cunningham, managing director of Cunninghams, said the appointment reflected the strength of those working across the business.

“These partner appointments recognise not only exceptional performance, but leadership, values and long-term commitment to our clients and our people,” he said.

“Anita, Angie, and Sam each play a vital role in our success, and their elevation to partner comes at an exciting time of growth for Cunninghams.”
