Submissions are now open for this year’s REB rankings: Top 100 Agents, Top 50 Agents (state-based), and Top 50 Women in Real Estate.
REB is pleased to invite Australian residential agents to enter the Top 100 Agents, the state-based Top 50 Agents, and the Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2026 rankings for the opportunity to gain recognition for their achievements in the real estate industry.
Run in partnership with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), these prestigious rankings reward agents who consistently deliver outstanding results and leadership across Australia’s property industry.
The Top 100 Agents ranking is now in its 15th year and shines a light on Australia’s top residential agents who have achieved superior results across the assessment period. The ranking is one of the most effective avenues for agents to gain national recognition.
The state-based Top 50 Agents ranking champions residential agents in NSW/ACT, Queensland, Victoria/Tasmania, Western Australia, and South Australia/Northern Territory.
As no two property markets are identical, this ranking – which is now in its sixth year – is specifically designed to recognise agents who have carved a strong presence in their local area and developed deep knowledge of the property market in their state or territory. It highlights the agents’ ability to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities for vendors and buyers in their local area.
Finally, the Top 50 Women in Real Estate is returning for the 11th consecutive year to identify the nation’s top female real estate agents for their exceptional accomplishments and strong sales figures in residential property.
All three rankings set the benchmark for excellence that other agents could aspire to. Gaining recognition in these national and state-based rankings could open agents to new opportunities and propel their careers to new heights.
Agents will be celebrated for providing unparalleled customer service and going above and beyond for both buyers and vendors.
CBA general manager, transaction banking and propositions, business banking, Kerryn Saward said CommBank is delighted to sponsor the Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents awards for the second year running, recognising the professionalism, resilience and dedication that drive the industry forward.
“Australia’s real estate professionals play a vital role in helping people find a home, build a business and create opportunities for their communities,” Saward said.
“As Australia’s largest bank and a longstanding partner to the sector, we remain committed to supporting agents through specialist banking solutions, innovative payment technologies, and a national network of expert bankers.”
How the rankings work
Each entrant needs to submit their figures once to be considered for all rankings for which they are eligible. During the submission process, you can select which rankings you’d like to enter.
All rankings are assessed using the same transparent, performance-based metrics, drawn from your 2025 calendar year results. These include:
-
Total value ($) of settled residential sales
-
Total number (#) of properties sold
-
Average sales price ($)
-
Plus supporting performance indicators like days on market and team support
Note that if you’ve sold a property with another agent, this is counted as half a sale, with both the settled value and number of properties adjusted accordingly.
What you’ll need before you start
To make the process as smooth as possible, please have the following 2025 details ready:
-
Number of residential listings secured (#)
-
Number of residential property settlements (#)
-
Total value of residential property settlements ($)
-
Average commission rate
-
Average days on market
-
Support staff details
-
Years in the industry
To ensure fairness and credibility across the rankings, you’ll also be asked to upload a CRM verification document confirming these figures. Submissions without these documents will not be considered.
Submissions close strictly at COB on Friday, 13 March 2026.
