More than 30 winners have been selected from nearly 900 submissions at this year’s REB Awards. See whether your team made the cut.
The 14th annual Real Estate Business (REB) Awards was held on 19 February 2026 at The Star Sydney, with the support of principal partner Commonwealth Bank.
Members of the real estate industry gathered to celebrate the achievements of colleagues and peers, while networking with industry leaders and professionals from across the sector.
A total of more than 30 winners took home trophies at this year’s REB Awards, spanning industry leaders, innovators, sales agents, and offices, property managers, auctioneers, principals, buyer’s agents, and the rising stars shaping the future of real estate.
The highest-scoring individual winner on the night was named the recipient of the 2026 Excellence Award, recognising outstanding performance, leadership, and contribution to the profession.

This year, Simone Fogarty of Elever Realty received the coveted Excellence Award. Earlier in the evening, Fogarty also walked away with the Property Manager of the Year – Regional award.
Some of the individual award winners also include David Highland from Highland Property as Principal of the Year – Metropolitan, Sahil Bhasin from Bricks & Mortar as Sales Agent of the Year – Metropolitan, and Richard Baini of Richard Matthews Real Estate as Auctioneer of the Year.
Group winners include Barry Plant Group as Major Network of the Year – 40 or more offices, and DiJones as Training and Education Program of the Year.
The winners were selected from a pool of more than 300 finalists, following a highly competitive awards process that once again attracted hundreds of submissions from across Australia.
The REB Awards remains one of the most prestigious recognition programs in the Australian real estate industry, providing national acknowledgement of excellence across residential, commercial, and professional services.
For more than a decade, the awards have set the benchmark for best practice, celebrating individuals and businesses that consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for clients while driving innovation and professionalism across the sector.
