With submissions closing in just a couple of weeks, we’re inviting the top agents of WA to enter into REB’s state-based Top 50 Agents 2026 ranking.
Partnered by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), the Top 50 Agents ranking sets the benchmark for excellence while allowing agents to distinguish themselves as top-performers in their state and stand out in a competitive market.
REB is calling on agents in Western Australia to submit for the Top 50 Agents WA ranking and showcase their stellar results throughout the 2025 calendar year.
The Top 50 Agents Western Australia ranking celebrates residential agents in the state who have built a strong presence in their local area and consistently gone above and beyond to achieve exceptional results for their customers.
The Western Australian property market has been firing on all cylinders over the past few years, with Perth dwelling values currently at a record high, according to Cotality. Over the year to January 2026, dwelling values rose by 18.5 per cent.
While properties spent around two weeks on the market during the first half of 2025, days on market dipped to single digits by the end of last year and have continued to slide, according to data from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
REB wants to celebrate the exceptional sales volumes of WA agents in this booming market and give them the state-wide recognition that they deserve.
Securing a place in this esteemed ranking could elevate the agents’ profile, unlock new career opportunities, and help them secure new listings.
REB editor Liam Garman said the large number of submissions received so far have been of a high calibre, with agents demonstrating dedication to achieving quality sales figures and providing unparalleled and tailored customer service.
“In a booming property market like we’re seeing in Western Australia, these agents stand out because they have gone above and beyond for their customers and building long-term and deep trust-based relationships,” Garman said.
“On top of this, the top-performing agents are not only listing a property; they are providing data-driven, personalised insights to their customers, and leveraging that data to make decisions and adjust their marketing as required.”
Garman encouraged agents to submit for the Top 50 Agents 2026 Western Australian rankings to ensure that they don’t miss out on being recognised for their achievements.
“If you know that you are a professional and results-driven agent who provides a unique selling proposition to your customers, enter the Top 50 Agents ranking this year for your chance to showcase your achievements to the entire industry,” Garman said.
How the rankings work
Each entrant needs to submit their figures once to be considered for all rankings for which they are eligible (including the Top 100 Agents). During the submission process, you can select which rankings you’d like to enter.
All rankings are assessed using the same transparent, performance-based metrics, drawn from your 2025 calendar year results. These include:
-
Total value ($) of settled residential sales
-
Total number (#) of properties sold
-
Average sales price ($)
-
Plus supporting performance indicators like days on market and team support
Note that if you’ve sold a property with another agent, this is counted as half a sale, with both the settled value and number of properties adjusted accordingly.
What you’ll need before you start
To make the process as smooth as possible, please have the following 2025 details ready:
