In a dramatic finale to its annual spring campaign, DiJones has revealed the winners of its high-stakes Auctoberfest competition, awarding a brand-new SUV to a leading real estate duo.
The nationwide network allocated $1 to a prize pool for every call made during the critical selling season.
In the lead-up to the DiJones celebration, five teams were handed keys to briefcases, with only one unlocking the golden briefcase, which was won this year by Cam and Kira Clayton from Terrigal. The pair drove away from the celebration in their brand-new sport utility vehicle (SUV).
During the celebration, the network also acknowledged high-performing business development managers and investment management teams with substantial cash prizes.
Auctoberst is an annual competition held across the DiJones network, with the company explaining that it was specifically designed to energise the sales and investment teams.
“Auctoberfest isn’t just about the spectacle of giving away a car, it’s about reinforcing the behaviours that create performance,” DiJones COO Brent May said.
“Every call made contributes to the collective prize pool. That’s powerful. It creates ownership, accountability and a healthy competitive spirit across the network. Cam and Kira’s win is a fantastic example of what consistent activity can deliver.”
The announcement follows substantial growth across DiJones’ Australia-wide network, with a number of recent appointments highlighting the company’s focus on local expertise and values-driven teams.
Sales agent Vivian Zhang joined the Wahroonga office, bringing deep knowledge of Sydney’s Upper North Shore communities.
Zhang said she intends to provide clients with clarity, honesty, and strategic guidance through the competitive market.
“Preparation, clear communication and trusted advice were key to achieving strong outcomes,” she said.
DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said Zhang’s client-focused approach and local understanding align with the brand’s long-term vision.
Similarly, Hayley Sneddon joined DiJones’ Bowral office, leveraging her personal ties and extensive understanding of the Southern Highlands.
Sneddon said her goal is to provide calm, considered guidance for clients navigating complex property decisions. Mackie said her appointment reflects the calibre of professionals attracted to DiJones, emphasising depth of service over scale.
“Hayley brings strong local knowledge, integrity and a genuine commitment to her clients, qualities that align closely with how we operate at DiJones,” Mackie said.
He added that the Southern Highlands remains a priority market, fuelled by lifestyle migration and connectivity to metropolitan Sydney.
