Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has ramped up its expansion in Melbourne’s urban fringe, tapping a 30-year industry veteran to lead a new beachhead in the Sunbury and Macedon Ranges corridor.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has expanded into Sunbury, opening a new office led by veteran agent Angelo Adamo.
Adamo brings more than 30 years of real estate experience, having played key roles in the marketing and launch of multiple residential estates across Melbourne’s western and northern growth corridors.
He is joined by Bruno Luciani, who brings extensive sales and development expertise, and Melisa Cabatta, who contributes two decades of experience across customer relations, contracts administration, and new home sales.
Adamo’s career spans both property and corporate leadership, with senior roles at Delphi Automotive and IBM, as well as work as an inventory manager on the F/A-18 project.
He said the business will focus on collaboration and transparency to drive results and long-term referrals.
“All aspects of the real estate selling process for our new business, including property presentation, promotion and negotiation, will be handled collaboratively. Our focus will be on succeeding with our clients,” Adamo said.
“I have found that this collaborative and transparent approach can lead to not only great sales results, but clients eventually becoming strong market advocates.”
The new office is expected to bring strong growth to the venture.
“Our office is well located, fully equipped, easy to access and supported by ample parking. It will be a strong marketing asset moving forward,” he added.
“Working with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate provides a strong platform of confidence for our customers and our business. We are very excited by what the future holds and are looking forward to positively contributing to the local communities that we serve.”
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate launched in Australia in 2018, where it was licensed by Australian Franchise Systems.
