Amid rapid market fluctuations, high customer expectations, and increased workload, the RISE Initiative has partnered with The Business of Real Estate Conference in a bid to elevate industry wellbeing and performance.

The RISE Initiative has joined forces with The Business of Real Estate Conference to bring a dedicated focus on wellbeing, mental health, and sustainable growth to the industry.

Following sweeping regulatory changes, shifting market conditions, and evolving consumer expectations, engagement with the RISE Initiative has surged, with 307 new app downloads in May and active users climbing 48 per cent to 624.

RISE Initiative chair, Nick West, said the increased usage of RISE resources showed now was the right time to focus on wellbeing.

"Our latest data clearly shows that real estate professionals are actively looking for tools to better manage stress and prevent burnout,” West said.

“This partnership allows us to expand our footprint, putting valuable wellbeing resources directly into the hands of industry leaders."

Across the RISE platform, property professionals increasingly used the Lifestyle wellbeing tools to support their day-to-day health and wellbeing.

They also turned to Rapid Response resources during challenging moments and the SOS section for immediate access to professional support.

By bringing these insights to the conference, RISE aims to expose its core message to a wider audience of forward-thinking leaders who are committed to running high-performing businesses powered by thriving, healthy people.

Through the partnership, RISE will champion the idea that investing in people leads to stronger performance, healthier businesses and better outcomes for clients, with over 500 professionals.

The conference will also feature an exclusive RISE Breakfast, with Australian sporting legend and Marshall White general manager of Bayside, Drew Ginn, presenting his high-performance session, Think Better. Feel Better. Perform Better.

Additionally, the event will feature a lineup of over 20 speakers sharing their best growth strategies.

The Business of Real Estate Founder, Michael Sheargold, said that the partnership with RISE showed that growth and wellbeing were not separate entities but part of the same success story.

“This is an incredible opportunity to share a vital message with our community. We know that the best leaders are those focused on building sustainable, healthy teams,” Sheargold said.

“When we embrace the philosophy that Better People Produce Better Results and Create Better Businesses, everyone succeeds – including our clients.”

The Business of Real Estate Conference is scheduled for 8–9 September at The Star Gold Coast.
