Property management software platform Console Cloud has revealed the addition of a new proptech offering into its portfolio.
Thanks to a new software integration partnership, Snug is now integrated into Console Cloud.
According to a statement announcing the partnership, “there is now an added efficiency of wrapping tenant applications into the applications and leasing workflows in Console Cloud, without the effort”.
Snug has been described by Console as “a streamlined workflow designed to save time” and touted it as a method for property managers to “find and select your best tenants faster”.
Snug’s founder and CEO, Justin Butterworth, acknowledges leasing as “a unique workflow within real estate which precedes property management”.
“It is complex, time-consuming and involves marketing, logistics, risk management and finance,” he outlined.
He believes “it makes sense to use a specialty solution such as Snug which seamlessly connects into a robust accounting and property management system, Console”.
Renters submit “high-quality” applications as a household group via a desktop or mobile device, with Snug hosting automated references, employment and income verification, providing property managers and landlords with the confidence to select the best tenant.
A patent pending match score sorts through applicants and matches them to both an owner’s preferences and the property manager’s business policies.
The product offers property management businesses a portal autoresponder, prospecting engine and powerful inspection booking software that enables tenants to book open homes, request private appointments and choose ideal week viewings.
It also purports to ensure compliance with COVID-Safe requirements.
For Console Cloud users, activation can be done through the marketplace tab within the platform.
Expressing excitement at welcoming Snug into the Console Cloud marketplace, Console’s partnership and integration manager, Emily Hawkes, said that “by streamlining the leasing workflow with the Snug platform, Console Cloud users can save a valuable amount of time through the reduction of data entry”.
“Console is excited to share the added value that Snug brings to Console Cloud customers,” she concluded.
