Already sharing a “mutual understanding”, two businesses have solidified their partnership with a tech component.
Thanks to an already solid relationship between Market Buy and Podium, the pair of companies has exposed a need within the industry for a technology partnership.
According to a statement from Market Buy, there was a need identified “for a technology partnership between Market Buy and Podium, to provide agents with the same global support and review acquisition capability” that Podium users already enjoy.
“This means that Podium and Market Buy through their tech partnership now offer the opportunity for immediate client feedback and online reviews post offer acceptance via Market Buy as yet another leading integrated feature of their partnership,” they said.
Dave Stewart, the founder and CEO of Market Buy, said that the new partnership “allows agents to capture vital feedback in the form of a review/testimonial at the moment the client is most driven to provide it”.
“This feedback is then published across multiple review platforms and identifies the agent as the authority in their marketplace,” he added.
To date, and prior to this latest announcement, the relationship between the two companies had enabled Market Buy clients to experience faster and greater levels of support, while Podium had benefited from quantitative insight into the Australian industry.
The statement also indicated that Podium and Markey Buy will continue to work in partnership to “both identify and deliver digital support across the property industry to better support real estate in the 21st century”.
