In joining forces, the proptech platform has called the group “a high-profile, proven quality operator”.

More than 350 First National offices now have access to the Propps’ Make an offer” system, which Propps chief executive and founder Daniel Bignold has called a “major coup” for its expansion.

“First National is a high-profile, proven quality operator with a reputation for innovation and we’re thrilled to call them a trusted partner,” he said.

“We look forward to First National agents everywhere having easy access to the digital offer management platform through this new partnership.”

He explained that the platform is now able to be set up on all First National agents’ websites, guiding buyers and facilitating offers “direct from the online listing”.

For First National chief operations officer Ed Atkinson, the partnership with Propps was “a logical move”.

“The way people buy property is changing so to be able to offer buyers the choice of submitting an offer digitally whilst being guided through a simple but comprehensive process, with support along the way, is something that fits with our philosophy,” he reflected.

Explaining further, Mr Atkinson said the partnership was established “to empower First National agents with an integrated solution that will improve efficiencies to free up their time and most importantly, enable them to enhance the service they provide their vendors and buyers alike”.

Highlighting that the network “has always differentiated itself through customer service”, the COO said the latest partnership “complements our offering to make the process and experience of buying and selling property simple for agents, buyers and vendors”.

News of this partnership comes as Propps reveals it has facilitated more than $5.5 billion in buyer offers to date.
