The new-look leadership team is set to bolster the experience and expertise of the data business in 2023.
National Property Group has revealed its brand-new national sales and go-to-market director will be joined by a chief data officer, a head of operations, a manager of product, and a chief financial officer.
All five appointees have been lauded for their experience across both the real estate industry, as well as technology and data management.
Taking on the roles will be Joseph Rossi (national sales and go-to-market director), Don Harb (chief data officer), Chris Kim (head of operations), Simon Barber (manager of product) and Daixi Huang (chief financial officer).
According to the National Property Group, Mr Rossi brings more than 25 years of property and customer service expertise to the business — notably in property data systems and software, as well as key product refinery.
He’ll reportedly be leading the team “with a focus on the effective integration of NPG’s recent strategic partnerships, national sales, and customer training”.
The former head of customer success and training at CoreLogic has commented that it’s “an exciting time for National Property Group”, and he is “thrilled to be part of this new phase of growth and development”.
“The team is thinking outside the box to collect data that will help professionals plan and fine-tune their customer targeting, build trust in their own markets, and stay ahead of competitors,” Mr Rossi revealed.
National Property Group is welcoming chartered accountant and governance professional Ms Huang into the role of chief financial officer. Drawing on more than a decade spent working within the property and accounting space, National Property Group has recognised her “strong track record of finance and business administration, financial control and reporting, corporate governance, treasury management, and insurance and risk management.
Mr Harb, who is set to take on the role of chief data officer, has been identified as overseeing the management of the business’ data platform — as well as tasked with the optimisation of data partnerships for the benefit of agents and professionals.
In the head of operations position sits Mr Kim, who will draw on his time spent with the likes of Archistar, CoreLogic, News Corp, and Thomson Reuters to “drive key business objectives for National Property Group to deliver efficient operations across the business”.
Last but not least, the new manager of product, Mr Barber, a “solutions architect”, will be responsible for developing tech strategy across the business — having spent time with both Volcanic and Broadbean Technology.
The string of appointments follows recent notable partnerships between National Property Group and Homely, as well as a deep integration with PropTech Group’s CRM software VaultRE and Eagle.
That follows the establishment of the business back in 2020 after its acquisition of a property data platform, which was followed by the relaunch of its property intelligence platform in 2021.
