Submissions and nominations have opened for the second annual REB Innovation Awards – don’t miss the chance to be recognised as one of the real estate industry’s leading innovators.
The annual REB Innovation Awards recognises industry leaders, innovators, and solutions that have transformed Australian real estate – and shines a light on disruptive thinking, cutting-edge technology, and innovation.
It recognises disruptors from across the property spectrum, from standout agents to property managers and buyer’s agents, and aggregators, networks, and proptech platforms redefining the industry.
The REB Innovation Awards will recognise winners across 27 categories, including 11 individuals, six networks, and 10 tech stack categories. Click here to view the full list of categories.

Winning or being shortlisted for an REB Innovation Award gives real estate professionals industry-wide recognition and credibility. The awards ceremony also offers a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow innovators shaping the future of property.
How to submit
Entrants will be asked to answer four simple questions by recording themselves (either an audio recording or a video) and uploading it to the secure awards portal. This video can be recorded using a mobile phone – no need for green screens or top-quality cameras.
Stage 1: Register and lodge submission
Register yourself here and you will be sent a submission portal link with the key steps.
You will be asked to provide an audio recording or video submission for the award categories you want to be considered for.
All entrants will be asked to submit an audio recording or video answering four questions:

What steps have you taken to ensure operational excellence?

Provide an example of innovation in your business over the last 12 months. How has this helped?

How do you ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction?

What is the best example you can provide to demonstrate business growth in 2026?
Your responses will be assessed by a panel of judges.
All submissions are electronic and must be received through our secure awards platform by 5:30pm AEDT on 3 April 2026.
The awards platform is safe and secure. It’s ISO/IEC 27001 certified and compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), PCI DSS, and more. The information received via the submission will only be shared with the relevant judges for each specific award.
