The race to crown Australia’s top real estate innovators has officially started, with the REB Innovation Awards 2026 unveiling a record-breaking 135 finalists.
Returning for its second year after a hugely successful debut, the Real Estate Business (REB) Innovation Awards celebrates the agents, networks, proptechs, platforms, and disruptors reshaping the future of Australian real estate.
From AI-powered platforms and fast-growing agencies to trailblazing agents and property managers, this year’s finalist list showcases the professionals driving the next evolution of the property industry.
Hosted with support from principal partner WayScape, the awards program recognises excellence across the full spectrum of real estate innovation.
This year’s finalists span 25 categories, from coaches and residential sales agents through to listing platforms and sales CRMs.
