Australia’s best agents agree to share their secrets

Eight of Australia’s 10 best agents will reveal their proven sales strategies in a high-impact event that also features John McGrath and Tom Panos.

The Secrets of the Top 100 will include the four highest-ranked agents from this year’s Top 100 Agents ranking – James Tostevin, Alexander Phillips, Marcus Chiminello and Ric Serrao.

The two events will also include Glen Coutinho who placed sixth, Michael Clarke who placed seventh, Jason Boon who placed eighth and Adrian Bo who placed ninth.

They will also be joined by number 12 Piers van Hamburg, number 19 Tim Heavyside and number 20 Nick Renna.

Attendees will discover how to deliver outstanding client service, how to use social media to maximise brand exposure and how to win more listings.

Mr McGrath will explain why Top 100 members are significantly more productive than other agents, while Mr Panos will reveal the habits that Australia’s most successful agents share.

REB editor Nick Bendel said the Secrets of the Top 100 would show agents exactly what steps to follow to become million-dollar performers.

“The tips that agents pick up could literally translate into dozens of sales and tens of thousands of dollars over the course of a career,” he said.

“Australia’s very best real estate agents will offer clear, practical advice on what agents need to do if they want to qualify for future Top 100 Agents rankings.”

The Melbourne leg will be held on October 13 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, while the Sydney leg will be held on October 20 at Le Montage.
