Commercial real estate agency Cushman & Wakefield has unveiled a new team of seven experts to significantly boost its services and capabilities for local and global occupier clients.
Cushman & Wakefield has unveiled a new team of seven experts for its Tenant Advisory, Logistics & Industrial, division in a major move to stay ahead of the curve.
Noral Wild, Cushman & Wakefield’s ANZ CEO, said the company’s recent appointments signified its long-term mandate to build on its expertise and continue to lead in the industry.
“This expanding team demonstrates our commitment in this sector and provides signals to both local and global occupier clients a complete service offering which is globally aligned and integrated, providing a seamless unrivalled experience,” she said.
The team comprises national director Morgan Evans, senior executive Edward Swan, associate director Luke Robertson, and associate director Ben Cunningham.
They are also joined by director Stuart Duncan, manager Renee Ferraro, and senior executive Simon Keenan.
Cushman & Wakefield said the new team has over 80 years of combined experience in providing strategic real estate solutions for global and national occupier clients.
The team members will be focused on streamlining operations, enhancing supply chain performance, and unlocking long-term portfolio value.
“The team composition provides expertise across all L&I (Logistics & Industrial) markets with operatives positioned strategically to ensure full-service offering capability in any location across Australia,” the company said.
“Furthermore, the expertise in Australia now significantly enhances the services and capability we can provide throughout the global Cushman and Wakefield network and our global occupier clients they represent,” it concluded.
Tony Iuliano, Cushman & Wakefield’s international director and head of logistics and industrial, ANZ, said the development of the L&I tenant advisory complemented the pre-existing established national network of more than 80 L&I professionals.
“This enables Cushman and Wakefield to provide a truly end-to-end service for our L&I occupier clients – supporting them from strategic planning and site selection through to transaction execution and beyond,” he said.
“We’re thrilled to welcome the new team members to Cushman & Wakefield.”
“Their collective experience and focus on occupier advocacy will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate a dynamic, supply-constrained market,” Iuliano said.
Evans said the team was focused on guaranteeing occupiers had advisers who delivered “smart, strategic outcomes in a fast-evolving industrial landscape”.
“In a world where every square metre counts, Cushman & Wakefield is ensuring industrial tenants have the strategy and support they need,” Evans concluded.
