Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its ACT branch with the appointment of Danielle Cox and Liam Pryor, who will bring deep expertise to the firm’s Advisory+ platform for complex property consultations.

Stepping in as director of the Advisory+ team, the firm said Cox brings insights from her close to two decades of industry experience she developed in roles at the Department of Finance and Department of Defence, PwC, and ConnellGriffin.

During her time in the property and infrastructure sectors, Cox was said to have advised on various complex transactions and delivered strategic planning and policy guidance to a range of government agencies.

Cushman & Wakefield pointed to Cox’s vast professional experience in stating she would be instrumental in driving success for the firm’s growing Advisory+ team.

Alongside Cox is Liam Pryor, who has been newly appointed as a senior consultant of Cushman & Wakefield’s Advisory+ team.

Across Pryor’s dual background in finance and international relations roles, he was said to have delivered high-value engagements within his previous positions at KBR, PwC, and KMPG.

Cushman & Wakefield said Pryor would bring a strong analytical mindset and proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and offer tailored, high-impact solutions for Advisory+ clients.

Advisory+ partner, Alan Herman, said he was thrilled to welcome Cox and Pryor to the team, and added their diverse experience would enhance the team’s capabilities.

“Both Danielle and Liam bring a deep understanding of the challenges facing public and institutional asset owners, and their appointments reflect our continued investment in top-tier talent to support our clients’ evolving needs,” Herman said.

Cushman & Wakefield said Cox and Pryor would play a key role in delivering value to a broad range of ACT-based clients, which include the federal government, entities in the private sector, not-for-profit organisations, and local public institutions.

ACT managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, Lora Radmilovic, said the two new appointees were adeptly positioned to address the “unique challenges and opportunities” within Canberra’s property sectors.

“Their insights and experience will be invaluable as we continue to support the ACT’s evolving infrastructure and property ecosystem,” Radmilovic concluded.
