Place Estate Agents is expanding its footprint across Greater Brisbane, adding seven offices in a move that strengthens the Place network across Moreton Bay and Brisbane’s northern and western growth corridors.
As part of the move, Harcourts Connections offices will become Place Kedron, Place Forest Lake, Place Burpengary, Place North Lakes, Place Caboolture, Place Ningi and Place Glasshouse Mountains.
Six northside offices will combine with Place Ascot and Place Nundah to form an eight-office Place network, bringing together business owners Robbie Lofaro, Drew Davies, Patrick McKinnon, Zac Baker and Chris Lofaro.
The move also includes the launch of Place Forest Lake, led by Robbie Lofaro, Zac Baker and Chris Lofaro, supporting Place’s plans to expand further into Brisbane’s western corridor.
Place Chief Executive Officer Damian Hackett said the move was about backing strong operators and accelerating Place’s long-term strategy in the right markets.
“These are well-established teams with deep local knowledge and bringing that leadership together with our existing Ascot and Nundah businesses strengthens our position in markets we have long believed in,” he said.
Mr Hackett said the expansion is a clear example of Place executing the strategy it set out more than a year ago.
“When we released our growth plan in mid-2024, the goal was to double our footprint by 2032 by partnering with proven local leaders,” he said.
“Just eighteen months in, this move takes our expansion to 11 new offices, putting us around halfway towards our target, achieved through strong partnerships in high-growth markets aligned with our strategy.”
With the integration, the network now spans 26 offices across Greater Brisbane, supported by Place HQ.
Mr Lofaro said joining Place gives his offices a stronger foundation for continued growth.
“We’ve built strong teams and strong results across these markets, and Place gives us the brand, scale, services and leadership to support our next phase,” he said.
Mr Davies said the combined structure strengthens service delivery across key growth corridors for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords.
“For clients, that means depth and continuity; larger, well-resourced teams on the ground, strong local knowledge and the backing of a broader network, while still working with people who understand their community,” he said.

Place HQ’s shared services model supports offices through centralised expertise across recruitment and HR, marketing, events and training, finance, legal, compliance, technology and operations, allowing leadership teams to focus on growth, people and performance.
Mr McKinnon said Place HQ has been critical to sustaining growth at scale.
“As our businesses have grown, having that operational backbone has allowed our leaders and teams to stay focused on leadership, delivery and results,” he said.
The move builds on a year of strong momentum for Place, with further growth planned across Greater Brisbane.
