Peard Real Estate is a privately owned company established by Founder Peter Peard in 1997. The group currently operates 12 offices in Western Australia. It offers a full range of real estate services. Its business model is that Peard retains at least 51 per cent ownership of its branches to ensure a centralised and standardised system, and to allow its stakeholders to focus on providing services. The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) has recognised Peard Hillary branch as the number one office in WA from 2011 to 2016.
