Top-ranked REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate agent Stephanie Williams, of Harcourts Williams in Adelaide, has revealed exactly what being an agent means to her and what it takes for her to be — and stay — at the top of the pile.

“I really love the real estate industry and it’s more like a passion to me rather than a job,” said Ms Williams, who is ranked ninth in the 2018 ranking.

“To be number nine in Australia is so exciting for me and our whole office and sales team. It is such a positive accomplishment that I value immensely.”

Ms Williams acknowledged the support she gets from her team as well as from her husband John.

Together, they are partners in ownership of the Harcourts Williams office.

“It’s passion, good professional communication, positivity and lots and lots of energy and long hours,” Ms Williams said.

“We work so diligently for our clients to achieve the results we achieve, and they understand and appreciate the highest level of our commitment and success of their sales campaign. It is so rewarding to have success for our clients.”

Harcourts Group Australia CEO Marcus Williams said that Ms Williams has dominated the ranks of top performers throughout her career.

He added that for the past two years, she is the number one sales consultant in the Harcourts Australia franchise network.

“Stephanie is an exemplary professional who stands among the network as a symbol of success,” said Mr Williams, who is not related to Ms Williams.

“She consistently achieves outstanding results for her clients, always striving for the finest experience. Her loyalty and enthusiasm are unlimited, plus she is a delight to work with.”

Over the past year, Ms Williams has settled over $135 million in residential real estate across 73 properties, attributing her strong work ethic for keeping herself focused.

Now in its third year, the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking includes the industry’s top performers and the number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold and the average sale value.

The ranking celebrates the industry’s leading women and recognises the contribution they make to the incredibly high-performance standards the industry demands of its top achievers.
