Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is continuing its growth trajectory with a new office on the Gold Coast.

Local agent Yulia Far will be heading up the new Runaway Bay offering, alongside her “expert” team that deals in residential sales, property management, projects and commercial.

Taking the concept of a “lifestyle brand” very seriously, the new Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office launch is coinciding with the opening of a coffee shop next door “to make the whole experience more welcoming for both clients and staff”.

Ms Far’s decision to join the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise network was an easy one, according to the agent, who said she wanted to align herself “with a known and respected brand”.

“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has the opportunity to reshape the current industry, and I’m very much looking forward to being a part of it,” she added.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate CEO Michelle Delaney is just as excited to have Ms Far on board.

“Yulia is already such a strong part of her community due to her integrity, honesty and willingness to push the boundaries to get her clients the best possible result,” Ms Delaney said.

A primary goal for Ms Far is “to make a real difference to the way the community thinks about real estate, particularly when discussing the lifestyle outcomes of their property decisions”.

“The BHGRE model is able to offer far more than a transactional service, leveraging the multimedia resources on tap,” she said.

Ms Far is reported to be using the Better Homes and Gardens media partnership as part of her launch — to showcase a “dream home” Coomera Waters property across the Better Homes and Gardens website and Instagram page.
