A familiar face has been welcomed into the partnership at a Melbourne-based firm.
PhilipWebb Real Estate has invited its own agent, Robert Groeneveld, to become a partner at the independent operation.
Mr Groeneveld joined PhilipWebb more than 15 years ago as a junior property manager.
He’s since worked his way up through the ranks to become one of Manningham’s top performers in sales, the agency reported when announcing his promotion.
Weighing in on his new position, the soon-to-be partner said he is excited to be given the opportunity and looks forward to beginning the role.
He commented: “I have always admired PhilipWebb’s commitment to integrity, honesty and professionalism in real estate, and share the ethos that business is based on more than just property — it’s about people.”
Director Philip Webb has highlighted that Mr Groeneveld’s results, adaptive ability and negotiation skills make him “a natural choice for the role”.
“Robert’s multi-faceted experience in property management and sales gives him an advantage when dealing with a variety of clients, whose expectations he is constantly exceeding,” he stated.
CEO Anthony Webb said: “Robert has been recognised for his loyalty with the company and the extensive training he has and gives back.
“He is always looking out for those around him and, above all, is a genuine and decent person.
“PhilipWebb are very proud to have participated in his personal and professional growth and value his efforts to keep our company ahead of the game as the industry adapts.”
