An REIWA master salesperson for 2020, Anil Singh will be bolstering the ranks of The Agency South Perth.
The Agency has lauded the top agent’s alignment with the group, as well as his sales ability, after he managed to close 90 deals over the last 12 months, with a combined value of more than $30 million.
It was these results that earned him the REIWA title of master salesperson for 2020, and saw him become the fourth highest ranked real estate agent in terms of listings across the Perth market.
The move will see Mr Singh aligning with Michael Keil and a sales team that has managed more than 200 sales over the past year.

The Agency’s managing director, Paul Niardone, has weighed in on Mr Singh’s appointment, considering the agent “an exceptional salesperson who has built deep links with the South Perth community, which have allowed him to achieve phenomenal success”.
“His decision to join The Agency is exceptionally pleasing and is clear evidence that our disruptive model, which places a strong emphasis on empowering agents, is working,” Mr Niardone said.
