A Melbourne East agency has relaunched its offering on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, with lifestyle cited as a huge factor.
Park Real Estate joins Eview Group in a bid to assert serviceability in the Sunshine Coast, with the agency to operate out of Cotton Tree and service suburbs including Bli Bli, Maroochy Waters and Rosemount.
Park Real Estate director Ben Hecht and his wife have now made the move north for lifestyle reasons, and alongside the relaunch, decided to align with Eview Group.
A disheartening experience as a vendor in the early 1980s pushed Mr Hecht into a career in real estate from accounting, seeking to establish a better experience for his clients by offering “an authentic and transparent process”.
With over three decades of experience operating his Melbourne-based agency now under his belt, Mr Hecht is of the belief that “culture is everything”.
“I’m excited to see how our long-standing history of 15 sales p/m, together with our seven-day service until 7pm, a team of contemporary culture-driven agents and revolutionary ‘client benefit’-based systems impact the industry within the local area,” Mr Hecht said of the new-look business.
“Having operated in Melbourne’s East for quite some time, I’ve always known of the ‘Eview Group’.
“When our lifestyle desires were brought forward, it was the perfect time to explore their offering.”
