Combined Franchise Services, the name behind Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has appointed Andy Reid as their Head of Training. Andy will leverage his industry experience as a sales consultant, auctioneer and real estate coach to further enhance the training and education offered across these franchise networks.

With 11 years of real estate experience and 20 years leading large multi-million-dollar teams within services industries, Andy has joined the business with the clear intention to both energise and inspire action.

On his new role, Mr Reid said, “I'm so grateful to be entrusted with this platform of influence. To have been given a real opportunity to inspire action at scale is something I have been working towards and is a chance to prove myself on a much bigger stage”.

Mr Reid expressed the strength that his front-line real estate experience will bring to the role, saying “I have the battle scars, so my ability to relate to both business leaders and frontline operators will be vital in earning the trust of the network”.

The training elements offered by the franchise group includes an interactive online learning platform that provides on-demand education for all members, live webinars, detailed video library, face-to-face sessions, and access to external training coaches.

Commenting on the announcement and what it means to Century 21, CEO James Bell believes that Mr Reid will add significant value to every member, from Principal to salesperson to property manager.

“Andy’s years of hands-on real estate knowledge coupled with his experience coaching and leading teams makes him the perfect fit for this role. I am confident that the training and education proposition we are providing across the C21 network not only sets us apart but can make a real difference to the development of our people” continued Mr Bell.

Mr Reid’s work last year garnered a lot of attention, with him receiving numerous industry accolades that include winning the 2020 REIV Senior Auctioneer of The Year, and 2020 REIV President's Award Winner - Leadership of the industry through a strong period of change. He has led numerous training and coaching sessions with the Victorian industry body, helping industry professionals in all aspects of their businesses.

Mr Reid is also proudly conducting this year’s Good Friday Appeal unreserved auction for a brand-new Henley home. All the proceeds from the iconic auction, which will be broadcasted on Channel 7, will go to the Royal Children's Hospital.
