The principal will be taking his Gympie-based business to the Fraser Coast, thanks to a new acquisition.
Century 21 Platinum Agents will be taking over One Realty Maryborough, thanks to the growth mindset of Billy Mitchell.
It marks Mr Mitchell’s third Century 21 office — and is a milestone move for the business owner, who has shared that he is “really excited to combine two leading agencies and bring them under the one banner of Century 21 Platinum Agents”.
“Troy and Suzanne have run a magnificent business with a great culture which we wish to continue and further build on,” he stated.
Century 21 has noted One Realty Maryborough as the “market-leading agency in the Fraser Coast region, in both sales and rental markets”.
The network has also lauded Mr Mitchell’s capacity to lead a team of highly skilled sales consultants and property managers, with Century 21 chief executive officer James Bell having congratulated the principal on the expansion of his business.
“This is a great opportunity for Billy to further grow his office network in another fantastic regional QLD location,” he commented.
Acknowledging too the evolving technology available, the benefits that come with global branding, and learning and support mechanisms available through Century 21, Mr Bell said on behalf of the network, “We wish him all the best in his new venture, and have full confidence in its success.”
