A new network performance manager is amping up the brand’s expansion plans.

Dylan Thomas has been revealed to be taking up the post, effective immediately.

Mr Thomas called his new role “a fantastic opportunity.”

“Supporting the office network in NSW will enable me to combine all experience I have gained from working virtually in every aspect of real estate.”

The third-generation real estate professional has had a “stellar career” across property and financial services, as well as clocking up nine years as a sales agent and sales manager, as reported by his new employer.

He’s also been heavily involved in training, having been the NSW state manager at Entry Education, a trainer and assessor at property portal Teach Me About Property, and the head of training and valuations at Westpac.

He sees it as a leg-up that he has worked “behind the scenes in mortgage finance with a major Australian bank and has experience with real estate sales training and licensing across all state and territory jurisdictions.”

“I’m confident that whatever challenge I’m asked by a principal or sales agent to assist with, whether it’s a vendor objection or a property valuation, I’ll have the answer or solution.”

Mindy Powell-Hodges, the head of network at Raine & Horne, has further revealed that Mr Thomas will be working directly with national performance manager Celeste Kopps in his support of the NSW office network.

She shared that the appointment of the network performance manager coincides with the group anticipating growth across NSW “as the market returns to form on the back of more substantial consumer confidence.”

“Dylan, who joins us with a fantastic pedigree in real estate sales and training, will be a performance manager tasked with supporting our existing offices in NSW, enabling other members of our network management team to focus on office growth,” she outlined.

According to Raine & Horne, it’s part of a “unique” approach: growing its internal team alongside external expansion.

“The move to employ Dylan is about ensuring the corporate team is large enough to service the new offices we expect to join us,” Ms Powell-Hodges explained.

“Where many of our competitors grow and then add headcount internally, we’ve taken the approach that we need to grow internally as we grow externally.”

“We are excited that Dylan has joined us and will be a massive asset to our corporate team,” the head of network concluded.
