Coaching and consulting business Regrowth has added a strategic role to hone customer experience.

The business announced that Georgia Di Noia will join the team to focus on marketing and customer success.

Ms Di Noia comes to the firm from a background in corporate construction, which served as her entryway into the property industry. She also worked in sales administration and operations and compliance, before most recently stepping into the coaching field.

A release from the company described her “love for the fast-paced energy that comes with working alongside offices to achieve success”, for inspiring her passion in the field of coaching.

Ms Di Noia will provide support for founder Kylie Walsh and the team as they continue to expand their operations and target the needs of internal and external clients.

In welcoming Ms Di Noia to the role, Ms Walsh spoke of the care and attention she would be able to offer to those employing Regrowth’s services.

“We are so thrilled to have Georgia join the team. Her impressive eye for detail, compliance focus and hyper-organisation ensures that Regrowth and its partner offices can prosper,” said Ms Walsh.

On her part, Ms Di Noia said she was delighted to be joining the team to build out their service offering.

“Kylie and the team have amazing vision and collaboration and I’m so excited to be working with them! It’s interesting to hear the stories of offices they partner with, to learn what they are doing well and find solutions that support them for best practice outcomes,” Ms Di Noia said.

The appointment of Ms Di Noia comes after the announcement earlier this year that Sue Choong had come on board as director, leaving the sales sector to focus on coaching.
