A Sunshine Coast agency has expanded its footprint, opening a second office to accommodate its business growth.

With its original office in Coolum Beach, Eastell and Co. has now moved to the Noosa-adjacent community of Sunshine Beach, serving a luxury market that has a median house price of $2.4 million. The firm said the expansion signalled its commitment to growing its business in the sought-after destination.

The agency, which is led by director Clinton Eastell, is supported by a partnership with specialist property marketing agency unrealty, which is part of the UnDigital agency.

UnDigital CEO Andrew Cornale said the expansion would allow the marketing firm to further boost the profile of Eastell and Co., using its unique brand of advertising to capture those searching for the unique lifestyle that the Queensland coastal enclave offers.

“We are committed to innovating real estate sales in general, pairing data intelligence with marketing strategy to connect our sellers to more buyers than ever before,” he said.

Mr Cornale is himself a Sunshine Coast resident, so he knows the target audience well and believes that the partnership could shake up real estate in the local area.

This expansion represents an exciting opportunity to bring together the expertise of Eastell and Co. and the innovative marketing prowess of unrealty,” Mr Cornale said.

The strategy fits well with Eastell & Co.’s way of working. The agency describes itself as “proud of being innovative, professional and polished, whilst maintaining a clear focus on our clients”.

The agency is also powered by digital real estate platform UrbanX.
