Independent South Australian brand Ouwens Casserly Real Estate has expanded its footprint with the addition of a Glenelg East office.
The team of Elite Real Estate, owned by Richard and Cheryl Wedding, have joined up with the South Australian outfit, bringing both a strong sales record and established rent roll to the Ouwens Casserly brand.
Nathan Casserly, managing director of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate, commented on the addition of the new office and the knowledge they will add to the growing network.

He noted that the recent expansion comes on the heels of two other new additions to the fold with Timms Real Estate and Bayly Real Estate joining this year, representing the locales of Lonsdale and Bayly respectively.
