The three-decade strong Sydney brand is going back to its roots with a new central operations office opening in the eastern suburbs.

Real estate network DiJones has tapped into its legacy by opening a brand new office on Queen Street, Woollahra, the eastern suburbs street where founder Di Jones opened her first office back in the 1990s.

Already a fiercely competitive market then, today Woollahra is known for its eight-figure homes and heritage streets.

Dean Mackie, chief executive officer at DiJones, stated: “We have listened to our loyal and strong customer base and we are excited at our return to our legacy by having a physical presence on Queen Street and in Woollahra where Di Jones herself opened the first office more than 30 years ago.”

“Our team is excited by what we will be able to achieve by being in the heart of this wonderful community again.”

The new DiJones Woollahra office is located in the new flagship building of luxury fashion retailer Camilla and Marc, along the suburb’s main shopping strip of Queen Street.

Mackie explained: “While we never really left Woollahra, the new office will be our central operations hub in the eastern suburbs.”

In addition to servicing Woollahra itself, the newly opened office will also service neighbouring suburbs including Centennial Park, Queens Park, Paddington, Surry Hills, Randwick, Double Bay, eastern suburb beaches, the inner east harbour, Bellevue Hill and Vaucluse.

“We are looking forward to helping upsizers, downsizers, investors and those who are just starting their property journey,” Mackie said.

Looking forward to the year ahead, the CEO expressed optimism about the agency’s future prospects.

“We will be looking to grow our eastern suburbs team which is part of an already strong network of real estate professionals across Sydney as well as the Central Coast, the Illawarra and Southern Highlands,” said Mackie.

Woollahra is not the only Sydney suburb that DiJones has set its sights on in the past few years, with June 2023 seeing the brand take over Chadwick Real Estate’s offices in the upper and mid North Shore, including the suburbs of Turramurra, Killara, St Ives, Hornsby and Berowra.

In 2021, DiJones opened an Woollahra office on Holdsworth Street, marking a return to the area for the network.
