Friday Funnies: Half the size, half the price? Think again

A small and super-skinny house has hit the London property market with an asking price that’s anything but tiny.

The East Dulwich home, in south London, is just three metres wide and can be yours for a staggering $1.6 million (£800,000).

The double-storey property boasts two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a modern bathroom with a bathtub, a private parking space and even a small backyard. It is located near chic Lordship Lane and Peckham Rye Park.

If the narrow width is putting you off, not to worry, the house is quite lengthy at approximately 73 square metres. However, that’s probably still not enough to entice anyone who likes to dine at a six-seater table.

The slim abode is currently up for grabs with Foxtons.
