Top agents recognised at state-based awards

A number of real estate professionals have been recognised at the annual Raine & Horne Western Australia Awards.

Attendees gathered at Fremantle’s iconic Rydges Esplanade Hotel on February 27 where they celebrated some of the franchise’s best agents.

Raine & Horne Bunbury received top honours after being named the network’s Top Office – Number of Sales and Top Office – Dollar Value. The Bunbury team was also named Top Office for Business Growth in both the number of sales and dollar value categories.

 
 

Raine & Horne Mandurah scooped up the award for Top Auction Office.

In the individual categories, Tim Chant of Raine & Horne Cannington picked up the Top Salesperson – Number of Sales (principal) award and the Top Salesperson – Dollar Value (principal) award.

Top Salesperson – Number of Sales was awarded to David Dennett of Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach, while Susan Pitts of Raine & Horne Bunbury picked up the gong for Top Salesperson – Dollar Value. Ms Pitt also received the Award for Excellence based on her service at Raine & Horne.

Steve Lloyd of Raine & Horne Bunbury was named the network’s best Rookie Salesperson.

Raine & Horne Mandurah’s Jessica Baker and Raine & Horne Commercial WA’s Sarah-Jane Deeny tied for first in the Outstanding Office Support category.

Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach’s Lesley Grigo took out the top gong for Outstanding Property Manager and Michelle Watson of Raine & Horne Cannington took out the Rookie Award for Property Management.

Last but not least, Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach principal Paul Curran won the award for Outstanding Marketing.
