The real estate network has once again bolstered its team with the launch of another new office.

Raine & Horne have unveiled the new office in Murwillumbah, located in far north-eastern New South Wales and 13km south of the Queensland border.

Raine & Horne Murwillumbah will be led by husband and wife team, Deborah and Chris Wheeler, making this the network’s third office to launch in recent weeks, after Raine & Horne Mermaid on the Gold Coast and Raine & Horne Login City.

Raine & Horne executive chairman Angus Raine said the continued expansion comes as the network looks to meet demand in northern NSW and south-east Queensland.

“The launch of Raine & Horne Murwillumbah means we have added over 25 offices to our group in the last two years, which makes us truly a force to be reckoned with in Queensland,” he said.

“The brand is resonating in Queensland because we’ve put a strong management team in place, which is capably led by our experienced general manager, Steve Worrad.

“Our commitment to continuous improvements in training, systems and IT are also paying dividends, which our Queensland expansion is testament to.”

Mr Raine said he was delighted that the Wheelers, who have operated in the far north-eastern NSW town for 20 years, have decided to join the Raine & Horne network.

“The Wheelers have a well-established family business and I’m delighted that they have gravitated to Raine & Horne after decades of independence,” he said.

“This is a real coup for Raine & Horne, while the merger will help local owners sell their properties into a bigger pool of buyers through the international Raine & Horne network.”

Meanwhile, Mrs Wheeler said Raine & Horne’s professionalism and reputation was the reason for the duo deciding to partner with the network.

“Raine & Horne was our first choice, and we decided to join the network because as an independent you can feel quite isolated in the marketplace,” she said.

“By aligning ourselves with Raine & Horne, it will give us better access to a broader marketplace and a whole suite of marketing materials and IT expertise that we don’t currently have access to.”
