The recipient of REB’s Boutique Network of the Year award has announced it will launch a new office next month.

Starr Partners has revealed that the new office will be opened in North Richmond, led by Robbie Dunn who has 11 years’ experience in real estate.

He will be joined by Sharon George, who has been a property professional for 23 years.

“We are delighted to partner with Robbie and Sharon as they are of the highest pedigree and have a proven track record in the area,” Starr Partners CEO Douglas Driscoll said.

“Over the past couple of years we have established ourselves as the leaders in the Windsor area, and with Robbie and Sharon on board opening the new office in North Richmond, it will only be a matter of time until we are market leaders across the entire Hawkesbury region.”

On his new role, Mr Dunn said he is thrilled about the opportunity to offer extensive local expertise to buyers searching for a home in the new office’s operation area.

“I started my career at Starr Partners many years ago and am thrilled to be opening a new Starr Partners office,” he said.

“The Starr Partners group has such a strong network of offices spanning Sydney’s greater west [and] with the North Richmond office having common links with our sister offices – Windsor and Kellyville – our buyers trust us to have the best offerings on the market, and vendors trust that we can secure the best price for their properties.

“I’m looking forward to managing the new office and creating a fantastic culture for a company that sets a high standard of professionalism in our industry, and to continue to do what we do best – listen to people’s needs and use our extensive experience to achieve the best possible outcome.”
