A top agency has recognised its key offices and agents in an awards ceremony on Saturday.

The Laing+Simmons Annual Awards, held at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney, celebrated the real estate network’s most talented agency members and high achieving offices.

Laing+Simmons St George/Carss Park won Office of the Year, while Double Bay took the award for Top Income-Producing Office.

Double Bay-based agent D’Leanne Lewis was awarded Top Income Producer and Steve Noakes of Hornsby won Top Income Producer – Non-Principal.

The Rookie of the Year award went to Danyelle Macfarlan of Port Macquarie.

Kent Pilkington of Quakers Hill won the Doug Laing Memorial Award, named after a founder of the agency and awarded for high moral and ethical standards.

The Quakers Hill office also won Excellence in Property Management Service, with agent Lyndell Pilkington taking the honour.

Laing+Simmons managing director Leanne Pilkington said the awards are more than just a networking opportunity for the agency’s team members.

“The awards enable us to reflect on another 12 months in this dynamic industry and, in some instances, reset our approach and priorities to ensure we continue to achieve success in the year ahead,” Ms Pilkington said.

The ceremony was also a chance for Laing+Simmons, winners of REB’s Innovator of the Year, to recognise the agencies giving back to the community.

Laing+Simmons Hornsby took the Gold Community Achievement award for their local initiatives.

“Genuine market knowledge, expertise and passion at the local level is one the points of difference Laing+Simmons prides itself on,” Ms Pilkington said.

“Congratulations to all our award winners and commendations on another successful year.”
