A top property listings site has re-launched one of its key features both to improve the platform and to lift the visibility of real estate agents with vendors.

Realestate.com.au has relaunched Agency Profiles, an enhanced online feature designed to help real estate agencies stand out from the crowd and get discovered by more sellers.

The update to Agency Profiles enables agencies to conveniently elevate their brand presence by showcasing their areas of expertise and listings in one location.

Executive general manager – residential for realestate.com.au, Andrew Rechtman, said the company understands the importance of creating good first impressions.

Before a vendor can best choose an agency or agent, he said, they need to get to know what their brand stands for and what the agency’s strengths are.

“This improvement to Agency Profiles will help make that possible,” he added.

“So many property decisions are based on a gut feeling formed when buyers first set foot through the door, and we believe that same feeling applies, in part, to how vendors choose a real estate agency,” said Mr Rechtman.

The changes include more engagement opportunities with enhanced calls-to-action, a team overview with links back to individual profiles, cover images and detailed descriptions and a simplified grid view.
