An online agreements and forms resource for real estate agents is having a “significant” impact on the industry.

REI Forms Live, known as Realworks in Queensland, has produced its 10 millionth form.

The system – created by the states’ real estate institutes in collaboration with Australian software developer Dynamic Methods – has more than 35,000 users across 7,000 agencies throughout Australia.

The business-enabling system interfaces with a number of complementary agent platforms, including REST Professional, Agentbox, Console, MyDesktop, RP Data Professional and APM PriceFinder.

REINSW has been a supporter of REI Forms Live since its inception in February 2010.

REINSW CEO, Tim McKibbin, hailed the creation of the 10 millionth agreement as a major milestone.

“It was taken up quickly by member agencies in NSW and since then it has been rolled out by most of the REIs across Australia,” Mr McKibbin said.

“REI Forms Live has doubled its user base in the past two years, with REIQ, REIACT and REIT coming on board.”

Mr McKibbin said the technology is making a “significant” impact on the industry, with REI members saying it has improved agency efficiencies and time management, as well as enhancing the client service experience.
