A rising boutique agency has opened another office in one of Australia’s most active markets as it continues to make its mark on Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.

OBrien Real Estate announced the opening of its newest Hampton East/Moorabbin office, its 18th office in just six years, to look after the suburbs of Highett, Bentleigh East, Hampton East and Moorabbin.

The office will be run by directors Byron Kerr, Sam Hartrick and Kerryn Spalding.

OBrien Real Estate director Dean O’Brien said the group is unique because it has a right-to-sell network where all agents have access to the company’s global stock list.

“This means a vendor has over 125 agents with the network working to get the best result for their home. And in turn it gives our agents, both rising stars and experienced, the best opportunity for success,” Mr O’Brien said.

“Fundamentally, we have prospecting territories for each office. However, our network has open-listing territories, which allows our agents to build strong businesses within the franchise offices.”

OBrien Real Estate also offers ongoing staff appraisals and training.

“Our network employs renowned trainer and coach Josh Phegan and has done so for six years now to facilitate 10 full-day training sessions per annum,” Mr O’Brien said.

“Josh has had an incredible influence of our business and Josh also consults with our corporate team on its growth and structural plans.”

OBrien Real Estate will also open an office in Sydenham later this month in the north-western suburbs of Melbourne, servicing the Brimbank and Melton shires.
